In 2010, we have started the first global project on transport and climate change on behalf of the International Climate Initiative (IKI). Over the past 12 years, our partners all around the world have effectively advanced transport ambition and climate protection. Supported by our funders, GIZ Transport mobilises policy changes and builds capacity for climate actions in mobility in more than 20 countries. And it’s worth it: Our local partners have achieved considerable emission savings and other impacts such as more livable cities, cleaner air and better access to markets and jobs. Read all about how our partners mobilise transport ambition in the #StoriesOfChange.
If you believe that you suffer (potential)
negative social and/or environmental consequences from IKI projects, or wish to report the
improper use of funds, to voice complaints and seek redress, you can do so using the IKI Independent Complaint Mechanism.
