This self-assessment tool (excel + manual) is designed for public transport authorities, based on international best practices and adjusted to the realities of Mexican cities with view to data availability and quality. It consists of a set of key performance indicators to assess, compare, and monitor the quality of public transport services. The assessment allows the identification of areas of improvement against set targets and points out blind spots in terms of mobility data management.
