As a human geographer with a focus on sustainability, I am concerned about people in all regions and their future life on this planet. After an insight into the automotive industry, the urgent need for action regarding transport and climate protection became clear to me. On the one hand, about achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement, and on the other hand, since mobility connects people and enables social participation.

I therefore support the Changing Transport team to raise awareness of problems and barriers in the sector as well as progress in projects in numerous countries through good communication. My role is to manage communications and outreach as well as the event management of the Transport and Climate Change Week.

The GIZ Transport Team has global influence and the potential to make transport more sustainable for the future. Thus, I am very glad to be part of the team since 2021.
