Contributing to a sustainable future is my biggest passion and will always be on my agenda. Having a background in spatial planning from Indonesia and the Netherlands, as well as a decade of work experience in the central government of Indonesia responsible on spatial planning, has given me a greater sense of urgency to address climate change issues at different levels, particularly in developing countries.
By joining the GIZ Transport team, I aim to make a significant contribution to addressing issues at the transport-climate nexus. I will make good use of my academic skills and previous experiences of direct involvement in policy-making and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders. Therefore, together with the team, we are creating a high impact in our collective efforts to shape a pathway towards sustainability. At the same time, I am also conducting PhD research on a different topic but towards the same end goal.
