With a clear call to move “from dialogue to delivery,” Chilean Minister of Transport and Telecommunications Juan Carlos Muñoz opened the International Transport Forum (ITF) Summit 2025 by urging nations to rethink resilience in transport – not as a reactive measure, but as a proactive strategy for transformation.
