This template contains an annotated outline to facilitate the design of National Urban Mobility Policies and Investment Programmes (NUMPs) including a guideline and many real world examples facilitating the development of a NUMP. The template was used in several countries since 2011 and has undergone a continuous improvement process integrating the various lessons learned over the years.
