Green Transport Development: Challenges and Solutions to Attract Investment Resources
Time: all-day, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (UTC+7)
Location: Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
After two years of successfully deploying and implementing the Action Program on green energy transition and reducing carbon and methane emissions in the transport sector, the Ministry of Transport, with the invaluable support of the German Government through the “NDC Transport Initiative for Asia” project led by GIZ, has made significant strides in promoting the shift of road vehicles to green energy. To review the progress of this initiative, as well as to foster collaboration among ministries and localities in addressing challenges and attracting investment for green transport development, the Ministry of Transport, in coordination with GIZ, is organizing a national policy dialogue titled “Green Transport Development: Challenges and Solutions to Attract Investment Resources” in Vietnam. This event is a crucial step towards achieving the nation’s goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
