FESET is a Microsoft Excel based spreadsheet tool to calculate emission reductions from the introduction of new light duty vehicle fuel economy or CO₂ standards. FESET was developed by the International Council for Clean Transportation (ICCT) together with a methodology guide, including step-by-step illustration on how to use the tool.
FESET includes data of the Mexican new vehicle CO2 emissions and fuel economy standards for 2012 to 2016, as an example. The tool is open so that values can be easily exchanged and adapted to apply the tool in other countries.
