I am a professional with over 25 years of experience in the environmental field, specializing in environmental impact assessment, biodiversity, management of protected wild areas, air quality, ozone layer protection, climate change, and multilateral environmental agreements. I have experience in project coordination and implementation.
I am part of GIZ since November 1, 2025, as Technical Advisor for the E-motion Project in Paraguay and Uruguay.
Previously, I held positions in the Paraguayan government, notably as National Director of Climate Change from February 2019 to August 2023.
I am an Agricultural Engineer and a Lawyer by profession, with a specialization in University Teaching and postgraduate degrees in climate change, air quality, environmental law, and other related fields.
