I am currently part of the technical team of the E-Motion project, whose technical assistance is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in the Latin American and Caribbean region, my role is to contribute to political and strategic dialogue; governance, planning and implementation of actions to promote electromobility in Paraguay and Uruguay.
I have more than 15 years of collaboration with GIZ in various programs and projects in various sectors such as: environment and climate, economic development, territorial development with emphasis on sustainable cities, good governance, transparency and citizen participation.
I am an agricultural engineer, specializing in territorial management, population and development with 25 years of experience in management and implementation of international cooperation programs, coordination of interdisciplinary teams, results-based management and implementation of planning and monitoring systems.
