I work at the intersection of climate, energy, sustainable transport, and the financing that underpins their transition. My work focuses on translating climate ambition into practical implementation.
As Chief Advisor for Climate, Energy and Transport at GIZ in the Philippines, I support the implementation of national climate commitments, including the transport component of the country’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC).
With over 15 years of experience across international climate processes and development cooperation, I work closely with governments and partners to align policy frameworks with financing and delivery on the ground.
