Position:
Advisor Transport and Climate Change
Location:
Germany, Bonn
After first joining the GIZ Transport Team in August 2021, I am now an advisor for transport and climate change, focusing mainly on international partnerships for transport decarbonization. I believe in a future of mobility that puts people’s needs first, in a manner that is sustainable for the climate and societies. Thus, I am excited to work for GIZ Transport and contribute to the implementation of climate mitigation action in the transport sector.
With a background in Political Sciences and Latin American Studies, my interest in sustainability governance was strengthened in study projects on multimodal urban mobility and energy transitions. Having lived in Germany, Mexico, Argentina and the Netherlands, I experienced the social impact of different transport regimes. I am convinced of fostering livable cities as spaces of exchange and social participation, in which climate change is mitigated and contamination is reduced.
Therefore, I am thrilled to be a part of the GIZ Transport Team and to work on making mobility more sustainable in every dimension.
