I work at the intersection of climate policy and sustainable transport, focusing primarily on governance structures from the national and sub-national systems. My work is centered on translating policy to practice and ensuring that institutional frameworks and the policymaking process are informed by different perspectives, especially those often underrepresented.
As an advisor at GIZ in the Philippines, I provide strategic policy analysis and technical guidance on the Philippines’ national climate and transport agenda. I work closely with the government, civil society, and development partners to develop solutions that are inclusive, responsive, and rooted to the lived experiences of communities.
