Position:
Advisor Urban Mobility and Climate Change
Location:
Ecuador, Loja
I am a sustainable urban mobility and climate change specialist based in Ecuador. My work focuses on reducing greenhouse gas emissions from the transport sector through public transport electrification, active mobility strategies, traffic modeling, and data-driven planning. I support cities in designing low-carbon, resilient mobility systems that respond to both mitigation and climate adaptation challenges.
I collaborate closely with local governments and universities, linking applied research with real-world implementation. As a researcher and technical advisor, I promote evidence-based policy design, transport modeling, and innovative financing mechanisms to accelerate the transition toward climate-resilient cities, particularly in intermediate urban contexts in Latin America.
