I advocate for data-driven, people-centered mobility planning and climate action. Before GIZ, I have been with the Philippine government contributing to the public transport improvement programs and the national e-mobility law. I also collaborated with various international organizations on assessing climate finance, commitments, and other sustainability efforts in the country and the Southeast Asia region.
