Position: Transport Advisor

I am a transport advisor for the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Mexico, where I collaborate on the Transition to an Integrated and Intelligent Public Transport System (TranSIT) and Urban Infrastructure for Green and Safe Mobility (Moverse) projects. I serve as focal point for the State of Mexico, where I have implemented various pilot projects in areas such as e-mobility, gender perspective, digitalisation, and emission reduction. I am also part of the private sector working group, fostering synergies with GIZ Mexico, and act as focal point with the Railway Transport Regulatory Agency for passenger train projects in Mexico.

Before joining GIZ Mexico, I worked for over nine years in senior positions within the state public administration, leading projects related to public policy design, transport modernization, urban mobility strategies, and data analysis.
