Jingzhu Li

Position: Project Advisor / Key Account Manager MoT
Location: China, Beijing

I am currently working as an advisor on sustainable mobility with a particular focus on dangerous goods transport. Furthermore, I am coordinating with the Chinese Ministry of Transport on mobility topics.

From 2011 to 2024, I worked on numerous mobility projects and successfully established partnerships with industry stakeholders. I am exploring ways to bring together the interests of public administration and the private sector to support the transformation of the freight transport sector towards sustainability and safety.

Prior to joining GIZ in 2011, I served as a logistics manager in the automotive industry and a research fellow at the Research Institute of Highway of the Chinese Transport Ministry. I hold an MSc in Transport Logistics from the Technical University in Dresden, Germany, and a BA in Transport Management from Chang’an University in Xi’an, China.
