I am currently the Director of the Transition to an Integrated and Intelligent Public Transport System (TranSIT) project, a new project of the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Mexico to promote an intelligent, inclusive and climate-friendly public transport system in Mexico.
I have worked for this organization for ten years on various topics and in different countries. Between 2019 and 2021, I was the regional director of two energy projects in Central America, focusing on promoting electromobility. In 2015, I worked as an advisor for global projects on climate change mitigation and climate financing, focusing on emissions trading. I started my career at GIZ as a Project Manager for the climate and energy portfolio in Brussels, Belgium.
Before joining GIZ, I also worked at the European Parliament and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. I have a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Master’s degree in Public Management from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (Sciences Po Paris).
