I am Advisor at the Transport and Climate Change at GIZ Kenya, where I have been for 7 years.

I have a background in environmental policy and specific expertise in developing, measuring and verification of mitigation strategies in the transport sector. I have been instrumental in the growth of the transport portfolio in Kenya particularly through project preparations, active ecosystem support measures and partner engagements. I am currently working on a bilateral project on “Promotion of E-Mobility in Kenya” and is also handling activities implemented by the Transformative Urban Mobility Initiative (TUMI) E-bus mission in Africa.

I am particularly motivated to support formalisation of public transport operations in Africa.
