I joined GIZ in October 2023 as National Technical Advisor for Mobilize Net-Zero project, Climate, Energy and Sustainable Urban Development Cluster. I have nine (9) years of working experience in Transportation including Seven (7) years in the Ministry of Infrastructure, the same Ministry in charge of Transport in Rwanda, and two years (2) in the City of Kigali.

I have a wide experience in Transportation with focus green mobility, Infrastructure and Transport services planning, development of transportation policies, strategies and programs that encompass the needs of all transport users including motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists, and which considers environmental, efficiency and safety issues. In addition, I have been assessing public, private and commercial transportation needs and advise the Government on new transportation schemes including electric mobility. I am passionate about cutting down transport emissions.
