Transport Advisor

I am a transport advisor for the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Mexico, where I collaborate on the Transition to an Integrated and Intelligent Public Transport System (TranSIT) and the TUMI E-Bus Mission projects, which aim to reduce emissions in public transport.
Previously, I advised the states of Nuevo León and Sonora on the development of electric public transport projects as part of the C40 Cities Finance Facility cooperation project. Before working with GIZ, I worked as a regional planning coordinator in the Government of the State of Nuevo León, responsible for advising municipalities on the development and updating of their Urban Development Programs. I hold a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto and a degree in Architecture from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon.
