I hold a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. I have worked in public service on urban and regional planning for the Municipality of Monterrey and the Government of Nuevo León, promoting integrated territorial strategies with environmental and social perspectives. Since 2019, I have served as a Technical Advisor at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Mexico, supporting federal and state governments on sustainable mobility, industrial innovation, and climate change mitigation. I currently coordinate the projects eVolve and ReLiFE, fostering talent, innovation, and circular economy models in Mexico’s automotive sector.
