I hold a bachelor’s degree in international business from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). I have developed experience at the intersection of public policy, industry, and international cooperation, contributing to transport, manufacturing, and trade initiatives in Mexico. I currently serve as a Junior Transport Specialist (electromobility) and private – public cooperation at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Monterrey, where he supports stakeholder engagement, education programs, and circular economy initiatives in Northeast Mexico. Previously, I worked in public affairs at ANPACT and in GIZ’s Quality Infrastructure project, collaborating with government institutions and leading German companies on bilateral and industrial development initiatives.
