Michelle Martínez holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). He has developed experience at the intersection of public policy, industry, and international cooperation, contributing to transport, manufacturing, and trade initiatives in Mexico. He currently serves as a Junior Transport Specialist (electromobility) and private – public cooperation at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Monterrey, where he supports stakeholder engagement, education programs, and circular economy initiatives in Northeast Mexico. Previously, he worked in public affairs at ANPACT and in GIZ’s Quality Infrastructure project, collaborating with government institutions and leading German companies on bilateral and industrial development initiatives.
