With the purpose to summarize the best practices and lessons to foster, promote and support the effective implementation of NEVs in urban freight sector, the project cooperated with the Transport Planning and Research Institute (TPRI) of MoT, from an independent angle conducted the Pilot implementation analysis and local investigation to 6 of the 46 polit cities, including Zhangjiakou, Yinchuan, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Foshan and Zhengzhou.
The project has proposed policy suggestions on national level and local level, which has contributed on the further promotion of NELV in China’s urban freight sector.
