The Transport, Health and Environment Pan-European Programme (THE PEP) Partnership for Ecodriving under UNECE has issued ten high-level recommendations for government-driven initiatives, which are outlined in this report. Please, note that this is a draft report that is currently under negotiation and undergoing changes. The final version will be adopted at the Fifth High-level Meeting on Transport, Health and Environment, which will take place in November 2020 in Austria.
