What happens to the job description and the qualification requirements of truck drivers in times of digitisation, automation or electrification? The FutureDRV project funded by the EU has developed a set of recommendations for the future of driver training in which technological innovations fundamentally influence the tasks of drivers. Among the project materials are videos on the 2035 scenario of short and long distance truck driving as well as case studies of the qualification schemes for professional drivers in various European countries.
