The transport sector is the 3rd largest contributor of GHG emissions in the Philippines. It is key to find sustainable pathways that will reduce emissions from this sector without compromising economic growth. Getting all stakeholders on board to align on long-term strategies is the decisive step into the future of zero emission transport.
Through its work in the Philippines, the NDC-TIA project supports the local partner institutions in the development of a stakeholder dialogue on long term transport decarbonisation strategies.
